Terms and conditions

1. The promotion commences on 15 September 2011 and ends on 31 January 2012.
2. In order to enter the competition you may call the Bidvest Bank call centre on 0860 11 77 77, SMS or log on to www.bidvestbank.co.za to enter your details.
3. Standard SMS rates apply.
4. Entries are limited to one per person.
5. The draw will take place on 15 February 2012. 79 names will be selected at random. The first, second, third and fourth entries drawn will receive R10 000, R7 500, R5 000 and R2 500 respectively. 75 other entries drawn will each receive R1 000. Prizes will be paid into a Bidvest Bank Account in the winner’s name opened for this purpose.
6. In terms of legislation, proof of residence and positive identification are required to open a Bidvest Bank Account.
7. Bidvest Bank reserves the right to alter any of these terms or to terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
8. In the event of any dispute relating to the promotion, the decision of Bidvest Bank shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. By participating in the promotion, the entrant agrees to receive marketing communication from The Bidvest Group Limited and its subsidiaries. The entrant may opt out by calling the Bidvest Bank call centre on 0860 11 77 77.
10. By participating in the promotion, the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms. If the entrant is one of the 79 winners, he/she agrees to appear on the Bidvest Bank website, in newsletters and other media.
11. This competition is applicable to South African Residents and temporary South African Residents only.
12. The promotion is not open to employees of Bidvest Bank, Waltons, Bidvest Financial Services or any associated advertising and promotional agencies and their families.
13. The final draw will be made in the presence of a team of auditors from Bidvest Bank on 15 February 2012 at Bidvest Bank’s Head Office, and the winners will be notified telephonically within one week of the draw. The winners will receive their winnings in a Bidvest Bank Account within one week of notification
