Re-loading of funds
If you need to re-load your World Currency Card whilst in South Africa, visit any Bidvest Bank/Rennies Foreign Exchange branch for assistance.
If you are abroad and need your World Currency Card re-loaded with additional funds, you can either:
- Send an appointed representative into any Bidvest Bank/Rennies Foreign Exchange branch to re-load funds onto your card provided the necessary Power of Attorney is in place. Click here to download Power of Attorney re-load form.
- Contact the bank’s customer call centre on +27 11 407 3103.
