  • Log into your account regularly to monitor your balances and payments.
  • Avoid banking online in public areas or using public networks.
  • Avoid clicking on email links that supposedly take you to your bank’s site.
  • Check that the site is secure with ‘https’ in the URL (site address).
  • Change your password regularly.
  • Install antivirus software and make sure it is kept up to date.
